The four layers of discreet, absorbent gusset hold up to 10ml (1-2 tampons), giving you leak-free protection for periods, bladder leaks, discharge and sweat.

Washable and reusable theyre a great alternative to traditional pads and tampons, better for your body and the planet. Wash at 30 or 40 - Do not use fabric conditioner - Do not tumble dry, dry naturally.
